HAILO STEPMate One: The electric lifting platform

With the STEPMate One, HAILO is expanding its portfolio to include a flexible electric climbing aid for professional use in warehouses, high-bay warehouses and logistics. Wherever ladders are used on a daily basis, the system ensures greater safety, comfort and ergonomics – particularly during maintenance work and fault rectification. 

The STEPMate One assists in climbing ladders quickly and safely and also enables the convenient transport of repair and maintenance equipment via remote control. With a speed of 8 to 15 m/min, a 700 W motor and a load capacity of up to 140 kg, the solution is designed to meet professional requirements. 

Particularly practical: Existing ladders can be retrofitted, allowing the STEPMate One to be flexibly integrated into existing infrastructure. The system also meets high safety standards – including redundant fall protection, certified safety systems and a robust design suitable for a wide range of environments. 

HAILO thus offers a well-thought-out solution for greater efficiency, reduced strain and enhanced safety in day-to-day operations.
