Dear customer, you are welcome to send us an item request for our Hailo Outlet at hailo-outlet@hailo.de. We will check the availability of the goods in first and also in second choice and give you the prices by E-Mail or by phone. We will then coordinate with you the collection time in the Hailo Outlet.

What must be observed when collecting from the outlet? Please wear a mouth/nose protection, disinfect your hands when entering the outlet and pay attention to the minimum distance.

We can also offer you first and second choice stepladders, rung ladders and step ladders shipped directly to your desired address within Germany.

Payment at the Hailo Outlet upon collection of the goods can be made in cash or by EC card.
