Recall of the TL100 TopLine telescopic ladder

The products of Hailo-Werk Rudolf Loh GmbH & Co. KG stand for high quality and maximum safety. As part of our extensive product testing, we have discovered that in isolated cases an assembly error has occurred with our TL100 telescopic ladder, item number 8450100, production batch 52/24 (recognisable by the sticker under the platform).

With these ladders, it is possible that the steps of the inner ladder section are incorrectly attached. This can lead to the steps coming loose under load, which can pose a considerable risk to the user.

We therefore ask you to check immediately whether your ladder comes from the affected production batch 52/24. If this is the case, you should not use the ladder. In this case, please contact us or the dealer from whom you purchased the ladder immediately so that we can arrange for the ladder to be replaced for you without delay.

We ask for your understanding for this measure, which is carried out in the interest of your own safety. If you have resold the telescopic ladder you purchased, please forward this letter to the new owner if possible.
