HAILO receives EcoVadis Silver Award in 2020

As part of its CSR efforts, HAILO has received the "Silver" Award from EcoVadis for 2020. We are proud of this achievement, and believe it is an incentive for us to continue on the path we are on, and keep the topic of sustainability a high priority in the future.

"Corporate Social Responsibility" or CSR for short, is the social responsibility of companies as part of doing sustainable business. It comprises all three aspects of sustainability; social, ecological and economic.

Whether occupational safety, employee satisfaction, energy efficiency, or minimum standards in the supply chain - many CSR fields of action are decisive for corporate success.

EcoVadis is a certification body and platform that provides CSR ratings of suppliers for global supply chains. Over 55,000 companies use EcoVadis to reduce risk, promote innovation and create trust and transparency between business partners. Four categories are examined and evaluated specifically:

HAILO has made it into the top 25% of companies in the current evaluation. The number of credit points achieved in the ranking puts us in the top 17% - in other words, among the top 83%.
