Cabel shaft cover Type H-CSC/H-CSC-R
Covers for cable and/or utility shafts in tunnel structures,
square and round design
The flush-to-floor cable shaft cover type H-CSC is watertight, can be driven over, is fire-resistant and smoke-tight. It is suitable for setting in concrete and Installation at ground level.
- For load class B 125 kN/D 400 kN in accordance with EN 124
- F90/I90 fire protection certificate
- Frame and cover tray made of stainless steel V2A-1.4301/V4A-1.4571
- Cover tray with concrete filling
- Frame with external reinforcement connection and height compensation
- For rectangular multi-part covers, centre struts with fire protection insulation
- Watertight cover thanks to frost-, weather-resistant and hightemperature-resistant seal made of silicone foam profile
- Cover screwed into frame using brass triangular screws or latch lock with fault indicator
- Lifting thread for ring eyes or lifting Shells
- 5-year warranty (Sealing materials are subject to natural wear and tear and are excluded from the warranty.)

With the cable shaft cover type H-CSC, the cabling in the structure is watertight, fireproof, trafficable and impermeable to smoke and protected against external influences. The option of flush-floor installation and the construction used with load class B permits numerous areas of application, including tunnel structures and rainwater retention basins. Whether telecommunications, power supply or fiber optics - with this manhole cover, cables are safe, dry and protected from fire, while still being easily accessible for maintenance.
With a fire resistance duration of 120 minutes, the cable shaft cover meets the highest test requirements. The accessible, flush-floor model for setting in concrete also has the necessary type tests before and after the fire test with regard to load-bearing capacity in accordance with EN124.
