Training Center

The HAILO Training Center at Haiger is fully equipped to provide the optimum conditions for training courses and seminars on safety. Whether the training requirement is for installing ladder systems and servicelifts, PPE use or rescue drills for towers and shafts, all courses can be undertaken in virtually real life situations to allow personnel to get the best out of their training.

Hundreds of skilled workers attend courses at our Training Center in Haiger every year. Our training courses are aimed at fitters, service technicians, safety officers, project managers and planners working in trade and industry, public authorities and administration.

Description:
Inspection of ladders, steps and mobile scaffolds

Description:

Training and qualification of competent persons for the testing of personal protective equipment against falls (formerly BGG 906)

Content:

  • Basic knowledge of structural relationships as well as the proper use of personal protective equipment against falls
  • Knowledge for its proper use and the detection of defects in heory and practice
Educational objectives:

Objective of the training is to provide sufficient knowledge in the field of personal protective equipment against falls and to make sufficiently familiar with the relevant national safety regulations, accident prevention regulations, BG rules and generally accepted rules of technology (eg DIN-/EN-Norms) that he can assess the safe condition and proper use of personal protective equipment against falls.

Persons to be entrusted with the inspection of personal fall protection equipment

Requirements for participation:

  • Minimum age 18 years
  • Sufficient knowledge regarding the use and handling of personal fall protection equipment
  • Personal suitability to be a qualified person
