Questions about the customer account
Please click on the "Forgot your password?" field in the "Customer account" area or in the login area. You will be asked to enter the email address you used to register in our shop. We will then send you a link to change your password by E-mail.
To open a customer account, please click on the customer account icon in the top right-hand corner and enter your personal data under "I'm a new shop customer". Click on the "Continue" button to open a new customer account for you.
A customer account offers you the following advantages:
- save your delivery addresses for subsequent orders
- your shopping cart and your personal watch list will be saved for your next visit
- you get an overview of your last orders as well as the status of your current order
