Questions about Delivery & Shipping

During the ordering process, you can of course also specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address.

No, we generally do not deliver to packing stations.

As soon as your ordered items have been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation and the invoice via email. In this you will find the tracking URL of your order. You can use this to track the status of your delivery at any time. Postal shipments are excluded from this.

Parcel goods are shipped with GLS, freight forwarding goods are shipped via DHL and other service providers.

Please refer to the respective product description for the delivery time.

We currently deliver within Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg and Poland.
