Questions about Ordering

No, we do not deliver to packing stations and parcel shops.

For technical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to subsequently intervene in the order.

I forgot to redeem my voucher in the order process. Is it still possible to redeem it later?

Unfortunately, we do not accept orders by telephone. Please order either via our online shop or by e-mail at customer-service@hailo.de.

The goods will be deposited at a GLS shop near you.The collection period is 10 days, except for freight forwarded goods.

When you order in our online shop, you will be asked to enter your personal data on the way to the checkout under "2. your address". Here you have the choice of either opening a customer account or continuing your order as a guest. If you do not wish to open a customer account, please select the option "Do not create a customer account".

A customer account offers you the following advantages:

  • Save your delivery addresses for subsequent orders
  • Your shopping cart and your personal watch list will be saved for your next visit
  • You get an overview of your last orders as well as the status of your current order

If you have registered in our online shop or created a customer account, you can view the status and all information about your orders online in your customer account.

You will receive our General Terms and Conditions with every order by E-mail. You can also find them on our website under Terms and Conditions.

Following your order, you will receive a corresponding order confirmation by E-mail. If you have not received this, please also check the spam filter of your E-mail application.

Unfortunately, ordering by phone or E-mail is not possible at the moment.

Delivery of our products is currently possible to the following countries: Germany, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria and Poland.
