How to apply for your BG BAU subsidy for ladders
- Buy ladders that qualify for subsidies
Select a HAILO Master ladder which meets the BG BAU requirements. You will find all the ladders that qualify for subsidies on this page. - Submit the subsidy application to BG BAU
To do so, complete the application for a work safety subsidy at https://online-antwort.meine.bgbau.de/formular-online-ausfuellen/T0060 (in German). Also upload all required documentation such as invoices here. - Send application
- Receive the subsidy
BG BAU will transfer the subsidy amount to your account.
Ladders that qualify for a subsidy
Folding steps
Folding steps subsidised by BG BAU must feature the following characteristics:
- Compliance with EN 14183 requirements
- Adequately large tread
- Lockable spreaders
- Min. step width: 80 mm
- Max. standing height: 1 m

No, the subsidy is intended solely for member companies and individuals insured by BG BAU. Private individuals are not eligible to apply.

Yes, BG BAU allocates annual budgets to each company based on their contribution category. Once the budget is used up, they cannot apply for more subsidies in the current year.
