Shipping and payment
Delivery
Please refer to the respective product description for the delivery time. Parcel goods are delivered exclusively by GLS, freight forwarding goods are shipped via DHL and other service providers. An alternative delivery to packing stations is not available. Deliveries abroad, except to Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg and Netherlands, are currently not possible.
For shipping items (e.g. scaffolding, ladders from 6 steps/rungs) we require your telephone number during the purchase transaction, so that the carrier can arrange a delivery date with you. If you do not provide us with this number, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.
We only deliver by dispatch. It is not possible to collect the goods yourself.

Return
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods, which can be returned by parcel service and post. We shall bear the costs of returning the goods if, due to their nature, the return is only possible through a forwarding agent.
You may keep goods received free of charge in case of revocation.

Purchase on account
When buying on account, payment is only expected after the arrival of your goods. Purchase on account is available from an order value of €20.00.
