Mir wurde dieses Produkt als passend empfohlen. Leider sind die Fußkappen zu klein für meine Leiter. Eine Reklamation beim Hailo-Kundenservice blieb unbeantwortet.
Obwohl immer jemand zu Hause war, wurde die Sendung im Paketshop hinterlegt. Deshalb bestelle ich nur noch in Ausnahmfällen wenn GLS als Transportunternehmen angegeben wird.

Diese Ersatzteile konnte ich nur bei Hailo finden, glücklicherweise. Und dann wurde es auch noch sehr schnell geliefert. Vielen Dank.
