Think about the protection of the environment. Used electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of in the household waste. The Hailo Fresh module contains valuable raw materials that can be reused. You should therefore hand it in at an appropriate recycling collection point.
First remove the red sealing cap from the recess in the lid. Then insert the module loosely and without much effort into the recess in the lid. Please pay attention to the markings on the module and lid. Now grasp the module by the recessed grip and turn it clockwise until the two oblong markings are aligned. Finally, check that the module is firmly seated before opening the waste bin.
Press and hold the operating button on the upper side for approx. 3 seconds. The module then indicates by the "ON" lettering that it is now switched on. Please make sure that the cover is completely closed when switching on.

What is active oxygen (plasma technology)? Active oxygen is a strong disinfectant and is used, for example, for cleaning swimming pool water and in washing machines. Active oxygen is also used in the health and food industry. Immediately after a thunderstorm, active oxygen (ozone) can often be perceived in the air, fresh smell, fresh feeling. The amount of active oxygen released by our plasma technology is very small and complies with the legal requirements. Active oxygen transforms into oxygen within a few minutes. After application, no residues remain in the room or in the waste bin.
