Bridging steps, aluminum
HAILO offers fixed bridging steps for the safe crossing of obstacles. Whether machine systems, storage facilities, packaging or production lines - wherever people need to safely cross an obstacle, the modular bridging steps are used in accordance with the specifications of the European standard EN ISO 14122 and EN 131-7. Depending on requirements, different angles of inclination of the steps and different tread widths of the steps can be selected. All variants are ergonomically optimized and thus enable the user to ascend and descend safely and comfortably.
They are supplied in pre-assembled modules, which reduces the time and effort required for final assembly. Detailed assembly instructions are included in the delivery.

Bridging steps, aluminum, fixed, inclination 75°
For special applications where, for example, the access route needs to be steeper due to a lack of space, HAILO Professional also offers access steps with an incline of 75 degrees. Our experts will be happy to assist you with needs-based planning.
Bridging steps, aluminum, mobile
In addition to its stationary bridging steps, HAILO also offers a mobile, movable version. A robust chassis combined with high-quality castors Ø 160 mm and the HAILO central brake system enable a quick change of location and safe standing.
Bridging steps, aluminum, with ballast weight
If the bridging step cannot be fixed to the ground, for example on a flat roof, HAILO offers suitable ballast weights that ensure penetration-free installation and provide a firm and secure footing.
Bridging steps, aluminum, with slip resistance
HAILO bridging steps and platform steps have ribbed aluminum steps that provide slip resistance. As an option, the steps can be fitted with a special anti-slip coating suitable for industrial purposes and thus comply with slip resistance class R13.
HAILO also offers grating steps that comply with slip resistance class R12.
Bridging steps, aluminum, version for outdoor use
All screw connections and fittings for the bridging steps are supplied in stainless steel.
