Which HAILO ladder for which purpose?
To help you climb your fruit tree, HAILO has various ladders in its range which are suitable as fruit tree ladders. You should choose a ladder with rungs instead of steps. Three different models are suitable for this purpose. Find out which is the right ladder for you, below.
Simple and straightforward: The single ladder
The HAILO S60 ProfiStep uno ladder is easy to lean against your fruit tree lengthways, serving as support for the ladder. Just lean against it, climb up and get started! Harvesting or care work can begin within seconds. With 6 to 18 rungs you can reach a working height of up to 5.95 m with this free-standing aluminium ladder.
High up: The extension ladder
With the HAILO S80 ProfiStep duo, you have a two-part aluminium ladder. The height-adjustable extension ladder can be extended rung by rung. You can choose between 2 x 9 to a total of 2 x 18 steps, giving you a maximum working height of 9.50 m. With this ladder you can even reach the highest fruit tree in your garden! You can dismantle the nine-rung S80 ProfiStep duo into two parts, and both parts can be used as separate ladders.
Three products in one: The combination ladder
If you are often confronted with various gardening tasks, a combination ladder makes sense. The HAILO S100 ProfiLOT aluminium ladder can be used in various ways. It’s not just a ladder for fruit trees. Its use is not limited to a single ladder or extension ladder; it can also serve as a stable, sturdy trestle ladder. It can reach a maximum working height of 9 m as a single ladder in the highest version, 4.40 m as a fixed ladder and 6 m as a sliding ladder. Either you can support the ladder with the tree, or when used as a trestle ladder, the ladder can support itself. It’s equipped with the practical LOT system, which compensates for any uneven ground of up to 15 cm. This means that this ladder can also be used when the tree is on a gentle slope or uneven ground. With this ladder, nothing will stop you from harvesting your fruit!
