Waste separation systems
Waste separation sounds more complicated than it ultimately is. Household waste should always be separated into residual waste, organic waste, plastic and paper. Glass, of course, belongs in the glass container. HAILO offers simple solutions for the rest of the household waste that are not only practical, but also look good.
Whether it's a built-in waste bin or a free-standing waste container with an integrated waste separation system, HAILO offers the right product for almost every need and taste. For example, you can choose between different colours and materials for many models: stainless steel or sheet steel in black, white, red or silver.
The special features of our waste separation systems
Waste separation system with individually removable inner bins
For free-standing pedal bins, depending on the model, you can choose between a waste separation system consisting of two or three removable plastic inner bins. Our built-in waste bins with waste separation function for the kitchen are equipped with two inner bins.
HAILO offers different solutions depending on how much space you have available in the household for your waste. In the case of the free-standing bins in the Eco and Öko product lines, the smallest unit starts at two 9-litre units and ranges up to 28 litres in the case of two integrated bins. The EcoLine Design L and Multi-Box duo L built-in waste bins for the kitchen offer a volume of 2 x 14 litres with two removable inner bins.
Recycling in XXL format with the Öko Vario XL
With this product, HAILO offers a unique solution with a total capacity of 50 litres and a sophisticated waste separation system consisting of three separate units. The innovative stainless steel bucket offers superimposed waste separation options and is therefore also very space-saving - making waste separation child's play! The Öko Vario XL not only convinces with its smart design, but also with its touchless sensor technology, which allows the plastic lid to be opened without touching it.
Do something good for the environment with HAILO
In our everyday lives we produce a large amount of waste - but where to put it? We shouldn't just throw the banana peel, the empty milk carton and the last used handkerchief into the same bucket, because waste separation is more important than ever nowadays. This is not only a favour to the environment, but also to ourselves in the end. Provided they are disposed of properly, many materials from waste can be recycled and reused. HAILO products can be a great help in making waste separation a simple and straightforward part of your everyday life.
What makes our waste separation systems stand out: Quality
Made in Germany
We are proud of the fact that most of our waste bins are manufactured in Germany. This testifies to their extraordinary quality!
The use of high quality materials such as stainless steel, corrosion-resistant coated sheet steel in various colours and plastic is particularly important to us. This makes our products particularly durable and ensures that they remain with you for a long time.
Easy to use
HAILO waste bins are not just about design, but also about practical and easy handling. Whether it's the step system, the touchless sensor technology for easy opening of the bin or the cleverly designed waste separation system with separate inner bins - HAILO makes it easier for you to separate your waste in everyday life.
Private users can look forward to a five year warranty on most models when they choose a waste bin from HAILO. Commercial users have a three-year warranty.
